This is because there will be an anti-oxidation layer on the new machine shrapnel, however, the anti-oxidation layer will produce some sparks when is worn. The spark is called ”Quenching”.
2.The spiral is too tight against the front shrapnel
The spiral is too tight against the front shrapnel also generating some sparks. Because the pressure is too tight, the resistance between the screw and the front shrapnel will increase, which cause friction increased between the two. At that time, it is easy to generate spark.
Therefore, we need increase the distance between the screw and the front shrapnel .
3.Damaged shrapnel or capacitor
When the machine is used for long time, The surface of the front shrapnel of the machine will wear deep dents, and the spark between the shrapnel and the screw is no longer white, but blue.
At this time, we need notice particularly, there may be a problem with the machine's capacitance.
We must replace the shrapnel or do maintenance timely.
